MEET Frank Dudley
Frank Dudley, President,

Professor, Influencer Marketing, Northwestern University
Frank Dudley is a professor of Digital Marketing Innovation and an associate director of the Retail
Analytics Council at Northwestern University. He teaches a number of graduate level courses in
Integrated Marketing Communications. Frank is also President of the Strategic Marketing Institute and
conducts research on new and emerging areas of digital marketing and media innovation, such as Creator
Marketing, Retail Media Networks, AI-Driven Marketing, Impact of Blockchain on Marketing and the
Gamification of Customer Experiences.
The Strategic Marketing Institute also provides training and certification courses to working
professionals in Marketing Strategy, Customer Experience Innovation, Influencer Marketing, Digital
Content Marketing, Digital Marketing Analytics and Digital Marketing Innovation.
